Conditions

All rates are inclusive of: cleaning and disinfection, water and electricity supply, towels and linen, car parking, TV SAT, unlimited internet WiFi, air conditioning/heating, housekeeping + linen/towel change each 4 nights (min. stay 6 nights), swimming pool (May 28th – September 30th), 10% VAT, final cleaning.

• Additional service included in the package: Beach facilities (May 21st – September 18th): 1 beach umbrella + 2 deckchairs
• Family bookings: 2+1=2; 3+1=3; ecc... (0-2,99 yrs, share bed with parents/with own baby cot).

Additional services available on request:

• Daily housekeeping: € 12,00 per person per day
• Extra cleaning on request: € 30,00 per two-roomed apartment and € 45 three-roomed
• Continental buffet breakfast: € 10,00 per person/day (children aged 3 to 11 € 5,00)
• Extra bed on request (up to 5 pax in two-roomed apts; up to 7 pax in threeroomed apts): 10% of weekly rate
• Baby cot: € 5,00 per night (free whether brought by the client)
• Small size domestic animals admitted (except to public areas/beach): € 8,00 per night

• Driving range and practice facilities: free access for guests
• Unlimited weekly greenfee available on request
